Jacqueline A. Grady

Jacqueline A. Grady’s practice areas include: commercial litigation, real estate litigation, condominium and homeowners association law and foreclosures all at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Grady is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third District.

Ms. Grady obtained her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she was awarded the prestigious Leadership Award given annually to the student that enriched the academic life of students at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to law school, Ms. Grady studied journalism and mass communications and received her B.A. from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Grady is an avid cyclist and participates in endurance cycling events and is a member of the National Mountain Bike Patrol. Further, for the past 5 years, Ms. Grady has attended the Super Bowl to raise money for the Police Unity Tour, a charitable organization assists families of police officers killed while on duty.
