Bruce Hurwitz

Bruce Hurwitz has been engaged in the practice of law for over 26 years. His areas of practice include business transactions, wills, trusts, probate, guardianship, exempt organizations and federal taxation.

Mr. Hurwitz earned an undergraduate degree from Kent State University in 1969, a Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law in 1973, and a Master's Degree in Taxation from Temple University School of Law in 1976.

Mr. Hurwitz is licensed to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Colorado. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Tax Court. He was a Member of Article IX and X Revised Uniform Partnership Act Drafting Subcommittee of the Business Law Section and Tax Section of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Hurwitz enjoys participating in sports, particularly tennis and golf.
