
E.J. Generotti E.J. Generotti has practiced family law, real estate, corporation, and litigation, as well as acquisition work for over 23 years. He has worked with a broad range of clients in defending and prosecuting civil cases in state and federal court. Early in his legal career, he worked for the Broward County State's Attorney's Office and Legal Aid Services of Broward County. He also launched a successful law firm and practiced in the area of civil litigation.
Mr. Generotti earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Scranton in 1974. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova University Law Center in 1977.
Mr. Generotti is licensed to practice before the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court Trial Bar, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Trial Bar. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Service of Broward County. He has also served as a mentor for Nova University Law Center and as a judge at the Nova University Trial Advocacy Program.
Mr. Generotti's extensive list of outside interests includes serving as Director of In-Line Hockey at the Plantation Athletic League, and coordinating and managing a 33-team league of over 400 children. He is the Head Coach for American Heritage High School In-Line Hockey Teams. In addition he is an accomplished race car driver, and is a member of the Sports Car Club of America. He has participated in numerous national and international road racing events.
