Neil G. Frank

Neil G. Frank has practiced in the area of commercial litigation in South Florida for some 33 years. With his litigation experience and familiarity with the court system, he is an effective and seasoned advocate for his clients. He provides legal counsel to small and large companies and individuals, and deals with a wide range of cases involving contractual and real property disputes.

In 1971, Mr. Frank graduated from the University of Miami with a B.B.A. degree in Marketing. After receiving a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore in 1975, he launched his legal career as a Broward County Assistant Public Defender. In 1976, he began developing a flourishing private practice with an expertise in commercial litigation. Mr. Frank has earned an “AV” rating in Martindale-Hubbell Law Digest.

Mr. Frank is an active member of the Florida Bar and Broward County Bar Association. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Broward County Bar Association and has served on various committees such as Bench-Bar Liaison and the Consumer Protection Committee. He is a member of the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th District. Mr. Frank is also a member of the University of Miami, Iron Arrow Honor Society, which is the highest honor attained at the university.

Mr. Frank has served two terms as President of the University of Miami Broward Hurricane Club and served on the National University of Miami Hurricane Club Athletic Board. For many years, he coached various sports in the Plantation Athletic League. He resides in Plantation with his wife, Adrienne, a Certified Financial Planner and Wealth Adviser at Morgan Stanley. He has two children, Meredith and Michael.
