Steven W. Deutsch

Steven W. Deutsch, a partner in the firm, has been extensively involved in all phases of commercial and multi-family residential real estate development, leasing, and financing for more than 25 years. He has substantial experience in negotiating and preparing acquisition and development documents, securing local and statewide governmental agency approval, leasing office and retail space, structuring and closing a multitude of financing facilities, letting and administering construction contracts, and implementing marketing and sales programs.

Mr. Deutsch is an agent of Chicago Title Insurance Company, Attorney's Title Insurance Company, and Lawyer’s Title Insurance Company. Mr. Deutsch graduated with honors from the College of Business Administration at the University of Florida in 1980, and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1982. Mr. Deutsch is also an AV rated attorney, the highest rating issued by Martindale Hubble.

Mr. Deutsch recently completed a five year term on the Board of Advisors on the Pine Crest School in Boca Raton and has served as Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee of Pine Crest Preparatory School, Inc. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. He participates in outdoor activities such as competitive target shooting, fishing, skiing, and canoeing with his wife and children, and coaches his sons' little league baseball teams in Boca Raton.
