Steven Katz

Steven B. Katz is an associate with the firm practicing in the areas of transactional law, particularly with regard to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development, corporate law, commercial leasing and association law.

Mr. Katz earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Washington College of Law at American University in December, 2002 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in August 1999.

Mr. Katz is a member of the Florida and American Bar Association.

Steve is a native of Detroit, Michigan and moved to South Florida after a pit-stop in Washington, DC for law school. He is newly married and when not waiting on his bride’s every whim prefers to spend his free time engaged in the art of competitive sailing, community politics and of course, rabidly supporting the University of Michigan Athletic Department.
