Anastasios "Tom" Spyredes

With more than 20 years experience in commercial and civil litigation matters, Anastasios “Tom” Spyredes has had the privilege to represent a vast array of clients from individuals to large institutions. Mr. Spyredes has considerable experience handling claims in the fields of contract law, real estate law, residential and commercial lease law, insurance defense and various other commercial and civil matters. Over the years, Mr. Spyredes has developed a keen knowledge of construction and has used that knowledge to the benefit of his owner, developer, contractor, sub-contractor and supplier clients. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Spyredes also handles commercial transactions which include commercial and residential real estate purchases; multi-million dollar commercial transactions; buying and selling of commercial real estate and businesses; as well as residential and commercial leasing.

Mr. Spyredes holds a Hons. B. Comm. Degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario; an LLB from the University of Western Ontario and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Born in Canada, Mr. Spyredes is also fluent in Greek and is a member of the South Palm Beach County and Canadian Bar Associations; the Florida Bar and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

A resident of Boca Raton, Mr. Spyredes is a member of the Parish Council for St. Mark’s Greek Orthodox Church and is a District Representative for the Soccer Association of Boca Raton.
